Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient
Location: Dallas, TX

Overview:
Our team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support outpatient clinic operations throughout the Dallas area. This role focuses on patient education, medication support, care coordination, and hands-on clinical care within a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare environment serving children and families.

Position Offers:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive compensation of $42–$45 per hour
• Outpatient clinic setting
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient education and support continuity of care across clinic locations
• Administer injections and support medication management services
• Triage patients and assist with clinical prioritization
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and care teams
• Conduct medication audits and support compliance initiatives
• Travel between assigned clinic sites as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
• Support daily outpatient nursing operations in fast-paced clinical settings

Qualifications:
• Current Texas Registered Nurse license
• Experience in outpatient, behavioral health, or community health settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Experience with injections and medication administration
• Highly organized and dependable in fast-paced clinical environments
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary care teams
