We are looking for experienced Restorative Nurses (LPN/RN) to come on board as our Clinical Support Supervisor! The CSS is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Restorative Nursing Program while promoting a restorative nursing philosophy among all facility departments.

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Illinois
- Must be restorative certified by an accredited school or recognized accrediting agency.
- *If an LPN, you must have previous supervisory & SNF/rehab experience.
