Key Responsibilities: Provide intensive medical and rehabilitation care for patients transitioning from an acute hospital stay Continuously monitor patients' conditions by recording vital signs and conducting physical examinations Perform assessments and physical exams, administering medications and treatments, managing wounds, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with therapies like physical, occupational, and speech Provide emotional support to patients and families, and work with the care team to ensure a seamless transition to the next level of care Key Requirements: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state of practice BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Acute Care experience required CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred. Compensation and Schedule: Pay rates begin at $38 an hour but can be significantly more based on years of experience and skills Very generous shift diffs!
