Job Description

Comprehensive patient care, including assessing residents, administering medications/treatments, wound care, developing care plans.
Supervising LPNs/CNAs, educating families, and coordinating with doctors.
Focusing on long-term recovery, chronic conditions, or rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on holistic well-being.
Monitoring vitals, and managing complex needs like dementia or post-surgery recovery.

Qualifications:
