Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates patient care, educates patients and families, and supports the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care. The RN assesses patient needs, develops care plans, and evaluates outcomes in accordance with professional standards and facility policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately

Perform and document nursing assessments and interventions

Coordinate care with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff

Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans

Maintain accurate and timely medical records
-
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Current RN license in the state of practice
-
BLS/CPR certification (ACLS or specialty certifications may be required)
