Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients with cardiac conditions, interpreting ECGs and identifying arrhythmias

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation

• Provide patient and family education on cardiac health and post-discharge care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
