Schedule: Full-Time, Choice of Day or Night Shift with Rotating Weekends

Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and continuous monitoring of cardiac and neurological status

  • Interpret telemetry readings and respond promptly to changes in patient condition

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and timely

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress

  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
