Your Role

• Provide direct patient care on a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit during night shifts

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations

• Administer and record prescribed medications

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data

• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain and update patient electronic health records (EHR)

• Contribute to patient education and quality improvement initiatives
