Registered Nurse – Medical Telemetry – Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join a 30-bed Medical Telemetry unit in a Level 2 trauma center. This night shift role focuses on providing exceptional care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and other complex conditions, all while being supported by a collaborative healthcare team.

Shift Details

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts

• Monday–Sunday rotations with scheduled weekends

• Clinician/patient ratio: 1:6

• Care for adult patients (18+) with diagnoses including Acute Coronary Syndrome, CHF, arrhythmias, PCI post-op care, PVD, syncope, and CAD

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus depending on RN II or RN III experience

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation

• Lead patient care initiatives and mentor team members as needed

• Participate in unit-specific quality and safety projects

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and professional practice standards
