Salary and Benefits
- Hourly rate: $27.72 -39.60 (based on years of experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20k (case-by-case basis)
- Shift Differentials: $3.00 per hour for nights, $2.00 per hour for weekends

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze comprehensive data related to patient health.
- Advocate for patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and effective use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5-1:6
- Days (Rotating Weekends): 7am - 7pm
- Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7pm - 7am
Requirements:
- 1 year of acute care RN experience.
- Registered Nurse license in Florida or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Current ACLS certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
- BSN preferred.
