Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a Telemetry/Med-Surg team supporting multiple hospital locations across the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania region.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

As a Telemetry/Med-Surg RN, you will provide high-quality patient care across a variety of acute care settings. This role offers the opportunity to float between multiple facilities, caring for diverse patient populations while utilizing your clinical expertise in telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical nursing.

Job Summary:
As a Telemetry/Med-Surg RN, you will provide high-quality patient care across a variety of acute care settings. This role offers the opportunity to float between multiple facilities, caring for diverse patient populations while utilizing your clinical expertise in telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in Telemetry and Med-Surg units
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adapt quickly to different unit workflows and patient populations
- Promote patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, unrestricted RN license in PA (or compact eligibility)
- At least 1 year of Telemetry and/or Med-Surg experience
- Strong cardiac monitoring and acute care skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to float between facilities
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
Position Overview:
- Shift: 12hr shifts day or night- SELF SCHEDULING
- Location: Float role across Lehigh Valley area including Allentown, Easton, Macungie, Dickson City, Pottsville, Bethlehem, Hazleton, Lehighton, and Gilbertsville
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: Competitive pay (based on experience)
