Job Description
Staff CRNA needed in West Texas hospital to join all CRNA group. TX licensed candidates preferred. All CRNA group looking for another CRNA to cover one inpatient facility and 2 outpatient facilities. 1st call is 1:10 & 2nd call is 1:10. Call is shared between 10 CRNAs. Call rotation is equally shared, and based on a 10 week schedule. In that 10 week schedule, each CRNA will have 7 1st calls, and 7 2nd calls. Avg work week is 35-45 hours depending on the case volume and call position. The benefits package totals approx 30k. Group has an active clinical training practice, and holds three CRNA program affiliations, so candidate must be willing to teach. New Grads start at $152,400 and increases up to 200K based on experience and time in service with the company. Full benefit package including a 5% fully funded 401k, malpractice insurance, and health insurance. Will also consider 1099 providers.
