Job Description

Hospital in northwest IN, just SE of Chicago is looking for 2 locum CRNAs to start in 30 to 45 days and work ongoing. Fast credentialing, but must have "clean" license. CRNAs working 5-8hr shifts M-F. Some 10's but not possible to straight 10's. Very CRNA friendly. 13 OR's per day, with 2 late rooms (2 CRNA's doing 10 hour shifts per day). Potential 24 hour in-house ob coverage down the road. 1 CRNA dedicated per day for OB. No pager call. 5 MDA's/15 CRNAs, Anesthesia Care Team Model. General B&B with OB. $500 gift card awarded every 500 hours of work - Odyssey Loyalty Program. $120 per hour + travel or $122 per hour (with own malpractice) + housing + A++ rated malpractice insurance.
