Perm CRNA needed to work in northern Kansas City proper. Outstanding facility with great pay and benefits. No hearts, No heads, No ob. Doing mostly ortho, General, and GI. No pedes. Must be willing to rotate between 8's, 10's, or 12's with the rest of the CRNA team. Must fit into call rotation. Weeknight and weekend. Day off after 1st call. Care Team model, supervised practice, but autonomous. Call for the CRNA s is Average 1 overnight first call One back up call per month. The average W2 for 2016 was $165K 4% 401k match of gross salary + a 15% contribution by group of gross salary into employees 401k each year. Malpractice insurance paid, Health insurance is provided at 70% of the group premium cost. Dental is covered for full family + short term and long term disability paid + a $50k term life policy. $3k for CME's, which can roll into next years if not used. Vacation is set at 6 weeks per year (0-2 years experience), 7 weeks per year at (2-5 years), and 8 weeks per year at (5+ years experience. 5 days per year of sick leave, which does accumulate.
