Job Description

Looking for a locum CRNA to work in a small hospital setting in Southeast MN to start in 30 to 45 days and work for 6 months. Must have a MN license, but will consider licensing the "right" candidate. 7-10 days for RN & 4-5 days for APRN license. M-F, No call, 7-3. general, orthopedics, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, podiatry, Plastics, ENT. Must do labor epidurals and spinals. 3 MDA's and 5 CRNAs $500 AE giftcard every 500 hours of work - Odyssey Loyalty Program. $115 per hour or $117 per hour (with own malpractice) + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance.
