Job Description
The Opportunity
-Excellent compensation and relocation package
-Provides clinical nursing and administrative leadership and oversite for medical, surgical, swing bed and emergency department and case management/utilization review
-Works collaboratively with medical staff, administration and nursing services, the director develops collegial relationships and allocates available resources to ensure efficient, effective quality care
-24 hour accountability for all surgical/medical, swing bed and ER operations.
-responsible for creating safe, healthy environments that support the work of the health care team and contribute to patient engagement.
