Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - (CRNA) Locum Tenens
We're currently recruiting for a CRNA in Ohio! Assignment is Monday through Friday at a large hospital, working under the medical direction of an anesthesiologist. Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, dental, and healthy pediatrics. Facility has OB/GYN, cardiac, and neurology although these cases can be worked around. Travel and lodging is provided.
A certified registered nurse anesthetist (locum tenens) administers anesthesia in surgeries as required by, or in the absence of, an anesthesiologist physician. A CRNA will look at patient history in a preoperative setting in order to determine an optimal course of action, choosing the techniques and drugs that best suit the patient's unique physiology and medical history. During surgery, it is the CRNAs job to administer anesthesia and manage the patient's reactions accordingly.
