Job Description
Small private hospital in northern MN needs an APC(Advanced Practice Clinician)-A Nurse Practitioner/Family Practice position, to be filled immediately. The ideal candidate is going to be a NP/PA with 2+ years of practice experience that can see babies to geriatrics; they do not have to have hospitalist experience or ED experience but those would be a big plus as they would have experience dealing with trauma and/or acute adult patients with complex co-morbidities. New grad accepted IF he/she had extensive experience in their underlying licensure with trauma/ED/medsurg OR if they did extra practicums in these area during advance practice education Beautiful area right near the US/Canada border and Lake of The Woods. It's a 15 bed critical access hospital, traditional model. 4.5 days/week. No Level 4 trauma in Minnesota. Cover In-patient services. A long-term care facility is next door, some coverage there is expected as well. Call is 1:4 weekdays and 1 weekend/month. $130-$145K, W2
