Seeking a Clinical Data Quality Analyst. This technical/professional position is responsible to oversee system data management and analytics. The position is responsible for compiling and organizing healthcare data, analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal healthcare management, and communicating their findings with leadership/management.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00
Education:
BA/BS, with a preference for a graduate degree At least three (3) to five (5) years experience in the field At least five years of experience in the Performance Improvement discipline in a hospital with a successful track record and demonstrated progressive management. Advanced knowledge of PI principles and extensive experience in facilitating improvement initiatives. Knowledge of CMS, TJC and other applicable regulations. Fluent in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience with EPIC Reporting.Company Details
