CRNA Practice Profile
Location/Worksite address: Southeast Connecticut (exact location withheld)
Dates coverage is needed: ASAP - Ongoing (Approx 4 months, possible extension likely)
Schedule/Shift times: 40 hours per week, M-F, no call
Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): Adults only
Types of cases/Specialty mix: All GI cases
Support staff available (CRNA’s, MA’s, Scrub Techs): Mixed setting - MD & CRNA
Travel and lodging provided (with pre-approval)?: Yes, with pre-approval
