All Star is working with an ASC in upstate NY looking for CRNA providers
- Starts ASAP through the end of the year
- M-Thurs 7 AM- 5 PM 40 hour guarantee
- Cases: General, ortho ENT, dental, GI, Endo
- Supervision
- Credentialing 4-6 weeks
