- Mon-Fri 8's, 10's, 12's
- Case Mix- General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Ortho, Bariatric Surgery, Urogyn, No hearts, No Neurosurgery, No Thoracic
- Call (from home)
- Supervision 1:3 ratio
- Requires NY Active/Unrestricted license ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA
- EMR:Epic
- Covid Vaccination
- Rate $200/hr (negotiable)
