- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7a to 3p for 8's and will also consider 4 10's
- Cases: General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Urology, Spinals, Epidurals and OB
- Requirements: KY Lic, BLS, ACLS
- KY Licensure assistance is available
- EMR: Epic
