--Case mix includes OB, TACs, brain, general, trauma, endo, podiatry, ortho, spine, peds GI
--1600-1800 births/year, 2 endo suites, cath labs
--No call, no weekends
--EMR Epic
--90 days to credential licensed candidates; 120 days if not licensed
