Job Description
We're
in search of a full time Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to
join our team in Nacogdoches, Texas. Our company, founded and led by
clinicians, is dedicated to providing exceptional anesthesia management
services to our hospitals.
Our case types include general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy/gastrointestinal procedures, urology, and rare pediatric ear, nose, and throat cases. Additionally, we handle approximately 500-600 obstetric deliveries each year. While proficiency in regional anesthesia is preferred, we are open to providing training for the right candidate.
Compensation: $275,000 per year. This compensation will be paid as 1099 for 39 weeks of anesthesia coverage annually.

Our staffing model consists of three CRNAs on-site daily, supported by one anesthesiologist who primarily covers obstetric cases. The CRNA team, comprising four members, handles both operating room and obstetric calls from home.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Texas.
- Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
- Completion of any additional state-specific requirements for licensure or certification.
- Continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
