Job Description
Join our clinician-founded, clinician-led anesthesia management group in Harker Heights, Texas, located on the outskirts of the greater Austin area.
This role offers the perk of no call responsibilities! Our staffing model includes 7 CRNAs on-site daily, providing ample support and collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits: $240,000k 1099 for 45 weeks of anesthesia coverage annually. We offer access to group-rate health, dental, disability, and life insurance.
Case types encompass general surgery, plastics, orthopedics, Endo/GI, Gynecology, Urology, and Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). We do not handle Obstetric, cardiac, or complex neurosurgery cases. While regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, we are willing to provide training for motivated new graduates.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Texas
- Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
- Completion of any additional state-specific requirements for licensure or certification.
- Continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
