Work Dates Needed: Ongoing
Preferred Schedule: 8s, 10s, 12s + beeper/pager call (approx. 1:10)
Worksite Setting: Hospital; cross-credentialed coverage with potential float within system
Scope of Work: Cardiac Anesthesia – CABG & Valve cases; cases performed with CRNA during day & call (physician may personally perform portions); EPIC experience required; case logs from previous 24 months required
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI license, ACLS (AHA required), BLS, PALS
EMR: Epic
