- Work Dates Needed: Mar - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 630a - 3p/7p
- 5/8s or 4/10s
- 20 shifts per month
- Min 10 shifts per month availability to be considered
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- CASE MIX: Run 17 sites, Offsite ASC
- Every service line including OB, Cardiac with EP cases, TAVRs Watchman Procedures, Health Peds, Complex Neuro, Complex Thoracic, ENT, Trauma, Major Vascular, General and Colorectal, Ortho, Gyn, IR / CT / Bronch Cases, Plastics, Urology, Gi, Offsite anesthesia, Robotics, Gen Surgery
- CASE MIX: Run 17 sites, Offsite ASC
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license required, BC, ACLS, min 1 year of experience
- EMR: Epic
