Job Description
Work Dates Needed: May 1 – Ongoing (Specific weeks available May–Dec; 60–90 day credentialing; temp privileges available with clear background, malpractice, and active unrestricted license)
Preferred Schedule: M–F plus shared call; 4 providers/day (2: 7a–3p, 1: 7a–7a, 1 until 5:30p); 1 weekday 24hr call + limited weekends; 30-min response time
Worksite Setting: Hospital-based; 4 ORs + 2 Endo; All-CRNA practice
Scope of Work: Endo, OB/GYN (~90 deliveries/yr; VBAC in-house during active labor), Peds, General, Ortho (majority total joints), ENT; Level III Trauma; 700–1000 Endo/yr; Spinals, Epidurals & Blocks REQUIRED (Interscalene, TAP, Femoral/Adductor, Sciatic, Popliteal, PENG, ESP, IPACK)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MN License, NBCRNA, BLS/ACLS/PALS, DEA
