About the Position:
This role offers a balanced and flexible weekly schedule consisting of two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts, with opportunities for scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance. The call schedule is 1:5, including coverage every fifth weekend. The case mix is diverse and engaging, including Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology (both hospital and ambulatory surgery center), Orthopedics, and more.
The position is based within a well-established, community-focused health system that serves a broad region of southwestern Pennsylvania.
