Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Monday through Thursday, two 10 hr shifts; 1st, 2nd, 4th Friday 5 hour shift. Will likely be a mix of dates needed and not always consecutive.
- Worksite Setting: Surgery center
- Scope of Work: All Cataracts, no retro bulbar blocks needed. 6,300 cases annually
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MA license, BLS, BC
- EMR: SIS
