Job Description
- Ongoing CRNA opportunity in Indiana starting July 2026 with flexible scheduling options including 8s, 10s, and some 12s
- Minimum 3 shifts per week in a mix of inpatient and outpatient settings across 3 credentialed sites
- Cases include GI, ortho, neuro, general, trauma, uro, respiratory, CT, EP, and cardio with no OB or open heart
- Supervised care model with a 1:5 OR supervision ratio and high-volume bread & butter cases
- Active Indiana license preferred but not required; must be BC with ACLS/BLS, recent case logs, and clean history
