Job Description
Our client in Eastern Indiana needs a full-time CRNA beginning July for at least three months of coverage. Please contact me as soon as possible if you're available!

*July 8-12
*July 15-19
*July 22-26
*July 29-August 2
*August 12-16
*August 19-23
*September 3-6
*September 23-27
*September 30-October 4
*October 7-11
*October 21-25
Facility Details/Requirements:
- NBCRNA
- Active Indiana license required
- Clinic Hours/Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm
- No CRNA supervision involved
- One night of call per week, with occasional call taken on the weekends
- Two MDs and three CRNA team (five provider team model)
- Case Mix: Heavy Orthopedics, some Obstetrics, healthy Pediatrics
