Job Description
Our Client desires 10 energetic CRNA's for a growing established hospital near Sioux Falls, SD. Interested, Please refer to JOD ID# 49508
- Full time/Permanent role
- Opportunity/Schedule:
- Medically directed with a 4:1 ratio
- Opportunity on Heart Team or Critical Pediatrics Team
- Great variety of cases
- Currently not offering 24-hour shifts
- 8, 10, 12 and 16 hour shifts
- Shifts: 9a-5p, 7a-5p, 1p-9p, 11p-7a
- Weekend call is 1:6-1:7
- Post call day: either off or later start date depending on previous day shift
- Opportunity for lots of overtime and call
- CRNAs are required to sign non-compete and not allowed to cover Avera, etc
- Can do locums outside of Non compete area
- Hospital:
- Level 2 trauma center
- 2300 bed facility
- ~4700 affiliated physicians
- Ranked as one of the 100 Great Hospitals in America by Becker's Hospital Review in 2017 and 2018
- Operated 5 Centers of Excellence:
- Cancer, children's, heart, orthopedics/sports medicine, and women's health
- Busy structural heart program
- Opportunity for CRNA to perform cases in:
- Ortho, Neuro-radiology, trauma surgery, 3 da Vinci robots, GI, Peds (general and critical), kidney transplant
- Compensation starts at $170 new grad base, 2% raise for every year of experience
- $35k sign-on bonus
- 20 days of PTO which increases with tenure
