Job Description
Outstanding
opportunity for a full-time night RN or LPN to join our team of caregivers in
the most highly staffed nursing home in MA, with no agency staffing, ever.
Family owned and operated since 1962, our quiet nursing home overlooking the
ocean, caring for 50 residents in private rooms. We do not participate in
Medicare and Medicaid, which means far less paperwork and more time caring for
the residents (no MDS!) Night care staff ratios: 2 Nurses and 4 aides to 50
residents
Working every other weekend is required of all staff. Qualified candidates must take pride in providing the elderly and their families with exceptional care and hospitality.
Details:
- $3/hour weekend differential, $2/hour shift differential
- Much lower workload than other nursing homes
