Job details:
- Full-time permanent position (Schedule to be discussed during interview)
- Duties will include treating acute/chronic illnesses, providing prenatal care, family planning, conducting physical examinations, and performing minor procedures
- The call will be rotational with other great providers (1:3)
- 2+ years of CNM experience preferred, but not required
- Indiana license in hand or in process welcome to apply
