Job Description
NP/PA Cardiac Locums Position in Greenville, NC
- Coverage needed August thru October
- Monday thru Friday 6:30a – 4:30p
- Choose any 4 ten-hour shifts Monday thru Sunday – team will schedule around your availability
- Some weekend call required
- Work with a team of 5 NP/PA providers and 6 cardiac surgeons
- Inpatient responsibilities only including post-op and consultations
- 8-13 patients per NP/PA; one other NP/PA will also be on shift in the CVICU
- Procedures include thoracentesis and pulling chest tubes and pacing wires
- Cardiac surgery experience as a nurse or as an NP/PA required
- Active North Carolina license, BLS and ACLS required
