Job Description

Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The individual will work collaboratively with the physicians, nurses and other health care disciplines providing both inpatient and outpatient care. An experienced practitioner is preferred with a working knowledge of hypertension, heart failure, afib, CAD/angina management. Full-time, Monday – Friday schedule with weekend call rotation.

Duties to include:

  • Admissions and discharges of patients in hospital
  • Rounding and consultations for group, as needed
  • Stress test monitoring
  • Care coordination for hospital/ED transfers
  • Post-procedure exams and follow-up
  • Management of chronic patients and medication
  • Telemedicine
