Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Est start 8/3/26 for 18 weeks.
- Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8AM to 5PM. 1 hour lunch. Last patient scheduled around 4:30 PM
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Rehab Clinic
- Scope of Work: Cardiac Rehab Coordiantor will provide direct supervision for patients receiving cardiac or pulmonary rehab and immediatly respond to any adverse event during the provision of cardiac and pulmonary rehab. Work closely with medical director to evaluat need, develop plan of car and implement care for patients receiving cardiac or pulmonary rehab (full list of duties attached)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Master's degree. NP Certification FNP/ACNP. Minimum of 2 yrs of Cardiac Unit or Telemetry experience. Cardiac Rehab and Outpatient experience strongly preferred. TN RN license, TX APRN license, BLS, ACLS.
- Ideal candidate: NP with Cardiac Rehab background, prior outpatient cardiology/cardiac rehab experience. Experience with cardiac telemetry monitoring, ACLS response and emergency interventiion. Billingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
- EMR: Scottcare Versacare software
- Pay Rate Preferred: $105
