Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 2/16/26 - 8/31/26
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p; open to flexible scheduling
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: 25-35 per day; Depending on the number of patients provider will typically have 1 support staff (LPN, RN, MA) for every 12 patients.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, BLS, Perform minor surgeries is a plus.
- EMR: Epic
