- Full-time Perm
- Schedule: 4 on - 4 off / 10 am - 10 pm or 8 am - 8 pm
- Seeing an Average of 20-30 Patients Per Day
- Must be able to Suture, Splint, Cast, and Stitch
- Treating ESi Levels 3, 4, and 5
- Perform X-Ray and Labs onsite
- Salary DOE, Benefits, CME, PTO, Loan Repayment, Sign-On, Relocation, etc...
- Illinois Licensed in Hand or in the Process
