- Unit size: 52 Bed ER, no fast track
- Annual program volume: 60K
- Schedule: minimum 6 shifts per month
- Shift hours: 6a-6p, 1p-1a, 4p-4a, 6p-6a
- Requirements: active KY license, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, ACLS, BLS
- EMR: Epic
- Pay Rate: $100 per hour
