Job Description
Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed; lasting for a year or more; ongoing need.
Preferred Schedule: 14 on/14 off, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am or 12p-12a. Night shift providers are preferred.
Worksite Setting: Hospital - ER Department
Scope of Work: Trauma level: 3-4 patients in busy ER. Trauma Level 1-2 patients are transferred out to either Denver, CO, Sioux Falls or Rapid City, SD. CT & X-ray on site. No ICU. Pharmacy on-site. Beds: 20 bed facility, 10 rooms, Support: RN and MSA support during each shift. OB, Peds, GS, Anes, CRNA, Hospitalist support. Census: 0.8-0.9 patients per hour. Annual Volume: 14,000 per year.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must have at least 3 yrs of ER experience, Any state license and DEA, Board Certified w/ AANP. All gaps in CV must be explained (w/n the last 6 months). US Citizenship required or Green Card Holder. Must have worked with the last 6 months. BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS required for the emergency room. Please do not submit candidates who do not have all of the certifications.
EMR: RPMS
Pay Rate Preferred: $90 plus rental car and airfare. Housing will be provided on site (shared housing).
