Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Aug - ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Sun (7p-7a) NIGHTS ONLY
- Min 3 consecutive shifts to be considered
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Trauma 1
- Avg 10-15 ppd
- Neuro, cardiac and ICU step down units
- High acuity w/ support from fellows, residents and attending physicians
- Experience with neurocritical care, cardiovascular, VADs, ECMO and transplant patients preferred
- Three APPs across neuro, cardiac and ICU step downs
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, BC, DEA/CSR, ACLS, BLS, min 1 year of experience in critical care required
- EMR: Epic
- Pay Rate Preferred: $120/hr
