Job Description
Medcare Staffing is seeking Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner interested in being presented for a contract locum tenens opportunity in Acoma, New Mexico.
Any state license is accepted !
Since this is just a bid for now, I do not need an official schedule/time commitment. We would ask for those commitments once awarded the contract.
Facility/Work Location: IHS ACL – Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna-Service Unit, NM
Specialty/Specialties: Emergency Medicine
Period of Performance: 3/22/21 thru 3/21/22 with 4 option years thru 4/21/26
Shifts/Work Hours: 1000-2200
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible, BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA
FY 2020 ED visits: 5853
UC visits: 4317
ED Beds: 5 exam rooms, 2 treatment bays, 2 observation beds
Trauma cases are sent to UNMH Level 1 Trauma center- Albuquerque Tertiary care centers in Albuquerque
The government will provide the correct PPE and provide facility orientation.
We cover your malpractice and pay as a 1099.

Copy of state license.
DEA
Board Certified or Board Eligible
2 letters of reference or contact information of references.
