Facility needs provider for medical assessments in Bronx, NY
- NP/PA
- Bronx, NY
- March -Ongoing
- Monday - Friday
- 8 AM - 4 PM
- All adults
- 15-20 patients per day
- Medical assessments upon entry: Provider will not treat patients
- No Call
- Credentialing time: 3 days
- After medical assessment is complete the patient is referred to one of the client’s sites for treatment
