Board requirement: BC
Schedule: Monday - Thursday - Hours: 7:15a - 4:40
Friday - Hours: 7:15a - 12:30p
Procedures: Typical outpatient care
Census: 12-14
Type of facility: Clinic
Back-up: Other providers in office is 34 FPs, PA and Office manager
EMR: Allscripts moving to Meditech 10/1/22
License requirement: Willing to look at a non-licensed provider who is willing to get a ME license.
