- Part-time position, 20 hour work week

- Must have a tleast 1 year of experience in primary care setting to be considered for this position
- Duties include sick/well visits, physical examinations, and vaccinations for patients of all ages
- Must be well versed with chronic disease management such as diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, etc
- New York State license in hand
