- Permanent position
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Adult Primary Care – Bread & Butter, Diabetics, Hypertension, Medical Clearance for Surgery, Etc…
- Outpatient Only
- Census: 20 Patients per Day
- EMR: Athena
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
- Organization Information:
- Federally Qualified Health Center
- Established in the early 1900’s
- COVID Vaccination: Required
- Compensation Range: $100K-$120K
