- Glen Burnie, Baltimore, Rosedale Maryland
- Private Outpatient Practice
- November- Ongoing
- Pediatrician or PNP-MD must be BC
- 20-25 patients per day
- New Born- 21 Years Old
- Support staff-2 MA's, Front Desk
- Standard OPC-physicals, medication refills, sick/well visits
- EMR system: Practice Fusion
- Credentialing: Active license and DEA
- Credentialing timeline: 5 days
